Product Introduction:
Ring lock scaffolding is a multi-purpose modular scaffolding system that can be used for various forms of access and support structures in the construction industry, shipbuilding, offshore construction and industrial repairs. METEC scaffolding consists of galvanized high-strength steel die block components that are assembled together using integral wedge connectors. We can also offer a full range of accessories including steel plates, side brackets, system toe boards, stairs, ladders and strengthened ledgers.
Since all components are galvanized to improve safety, service life and resistance to damage, they are ideal for all types of applications and industries.
The Ringlock system can accommodate up to 8 combined ledger and bracket connections. Each joint can safely withstand a load of 11.12kN (2500LBS).
However, the sum of the classified loads must not exceed the recommended leg loads for a given bracing situation.
Since our standards and classifiers are completely machine-welded, the product is clean, flat and seamless. In addition, our welders are trained in AWSD1.1 standard butt welding, semi-automatic fillet welding and automatic fillet welding.
The complete production follows the procurement of materials, cutting pipes, welding, hot dip galvanizing, cleaning, packaging. There are procedures or instructions for each step.
