We have a permanent pre-shipment inspection system. Once the order is confirmed, the inspection process begins immediately. The grade and type of raw materials, processing methods and key points will be communicated to plant management. Our team of experienced inspectors will check each order during production and before shipping. Then we will provide the inspection report in a uniform format to our customers. Decisions on whether to allow shipment or whether further reprocessing and inspection is required are made solely on the basis of the inspection report.

Maintenance of plywood formwork

The formwork construction process is more efficient thanks to the use of modern formwork technology, which includes the use of phenolic laminated plywood. Coated with phenolic film on both sides, suitable for multiple uses and smooth surface. The number of uses depends on the following:
1), edge sealing
Phenolic fabric film veneer plywood edges are completely sealed in the factory and it is most important that all edges remain sealed. To get the most out of the phenolic fabric film panel, any re-cut edges should be sealed with waterproof paint as soon as possible.
2), seal the hole
Any holes in the fabric membrane formwork plate should also be sealed to prevent water from entering. If water enters, it may cause swelling around the hole.
3), cleaning and maintenance
For full service life, clean immediately after each use. Phenolic fabric coated plywood can be wiped with a release agent or cleaned with water and a stiff brush. A hardwood scraper may be required, but care should be taken not to damage the plywood surface. Do not use a wire brush or sharp metal scraper to remove hardened concrete.
4) Storage.
Formwork plates must be cleaned and repaired before storage. The form is then stacked on top of the horizontal support and placed under the cover. The frame template plates should be stacked face to face and back to back alternately to avoid damage to the template surface due to bolts. If the panels are wet, don't let them dry too quickly
