1. Storage: when storing the building formwork, it shall meet the self stabilizing angle required by the regional conditions, and the two building formwork shall be stored opposite to the plate surface. When the building formwork is stored on the construction floor, reliable anti-dumping measures must be taken. It must not be stored along the outer wall, but perpendicular to the outer wall. When there is no support or the self stabilizing angle is insufficient, the building formwork shall be stored on the special stacking rack or stacked horizontally, and shall not lean against other building formwork or objects to prevent sliding and dumping.
2. hauling: the building formwork can be hauled by trailer as a whole or stacked horizontally by Trailer after disassembly, but the skid must be aligned up and down and placed firmly. No one is allowed to sit on the vehicle during hauling.
3. hoisting: before hoisting the building formwork, check whether the hoisting ropes, clamps and rings on each building formwork are effective. Remove all temporary supports first, and then hoist them after inspection. Before lifting the building formwork, properly adjust the position of the crane to make it stable and accurate. It is strictly forbidden to move the building formwork manually, swing the building formwork sharply or push down other building formwork.
4. disassembly and assembly: when disassembling and assembling the building formwork, a fence shall be set around the area, and obvious signs shall be hung to prohibit non operators from entering. The personnel who command, dismantle and hook must stand in a safe and reliable place before operation. It is strictly prohibited for personnel to rise and fall with the building formwork.
5. auxiliary facilities: the building formwork must be provided with operating platforms, stairs, pedestrian overpasses, protective railings and other auxiliary facilities. If it is damaged, it should be repaired in time.
6. protective measures: after the building formwork is installed in place, protective measures shall be taken to prevent electric shock. The building formwork shall be connected in series by a specially assigned person and connected with the lightning protection network to prevent electric leakage from injuring people.
