1、 Pay attention to:
1. When cutting, please use tungsten steel saw blades with more than 80 mesh (commonly known as alloy saw blades, available in general hardware stores);
2. vertical spacing of columns ≤ 100mm, vertical wall spacing of shear walls ≤ 130mm, timber spacing of roof ≤ 200mm, beam spacing of beams ≤ 200mm;
3. please avoid that the mold is at the highest temperature every day, and the effect will be better after demoulding;
4. when assembling the rod, beam and corner of the wall, please use the secondary injection molding process to match the mold;
5. the new plastic building formwork shall be placed in the same way as the wooden formwork after demoulding;
6. when plastic building formwork is used for the first time, necessary skill training shall be conducted for front-line construction workers to change the adaptability and habits of new products. This requires Party B to implement it in place (just like the habit of using steel formwork. This process is the same as that of using wood formwork at the beginning, which is a process of change and adaptation, which is an essential process.);
7. the cost of completely flame-retardant plastic building formwork is too high. Under normal circumstances, the flame retardant level of plastic building formwork is level II, that is, it does not burn. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the management of the construction site, especially to prevent electric welding and open fire. Please strictly observe the safety operation regulations for electric welding and equip with effective fire-fighting equipment to prevent potential safety hazards.
8. in order to better use the plastic building formwork, when the welding distance is close, the electric welding slag shall be prevented from falling in a concentrated way to prevent the electric welding slag from scalding the plate surface.
2、 How to solve the edge wear problem of plastic formwork:
Some problems will inevitably be encountered when using plastic formwork. For example, after repeated use, there will be wear around, which will have a certain impact on the number of times the template is used. So, how do you use plastic templates correctly to avoid these problems?
1. when using plastic formwork in wall components, please try to use the combined formwork to assemble the large formwork. After use, it can be removed as a whole without damaging the edges of the template. At the same time, the formwork of the same type of building wall should be as uniform as possible, so as to reduce the frequent disassembly and increase the use times.
2. when using plastic formwork, beams and columns can be customized from the manufacturer in advance, so that they can be used without cutting. Or combine plastic formwork and wood formwork at corners (corner cutting is required).
3. Of course, there are other factors that are not taken into account, but even if there is damage around the plastic formwork, we can cut the worn parts of the formwork to ensure normal use.
