1. Q: Why are your prices higher than those of other suppliers?
Our factory can produce several different grades. Different grades have different prices. We guarantee that our products are of good quality and competitive price.
2. Q: What is your supply capacity?
Generally speaking, the capacity of our factory is 5000m3 per month. But for special high-volume orders, we can produce more. Don't worry about that.
3. Q: How can we trust your quality?
There are many ways to check quality. Such as sending samples, visiting factories and so on. Our suggestion is that visiting the factory is the best way to check the quality.
4. What are your terms of payment?
We accept both telegraphic transfer and irrevocable sight letter of credit. For payment by wire transfer, we accept 30% wire transfer as deposit with the balance payable against a copy of the bill of lading.
5. Q: What is your lead time?
Generally speaking, we can deliver the goods within 15~20 days after receiving your 30% deposit or original L/C.
