Production process introduction

The main technological process of rebar steel production is as follows: blast furnace molten iron → converter (electric furnace) →refining outside the furnace → billet continuous casting → sizing → warehousing → steel rolling furnace → bar mill → controlled rolling and cooling → cold bed → sizing shear → collection and baling → weighing → listing and warehousing, as shown in Figure 1.1. The typical production process of rebar enterprises can be roughly divided into three main areas according to the degree of close connection between various processes: iron making area, main steel refining area and finishing area.

The steel wire made by cold - drawn hot - rolled low - carbon wire rod was processed by napping machine. The strength is generally500 ~ 1300MPa.
