Production process introduction
The main process flow of screw steel production is as follows: blast furnace molten iron → converter (electric furnace)→ off-furnace refining → billet continuous casting → sizing → storage → rolling furnace → bar mill → controlled rolling cooling → cold bed → sizing shear → collection and strapping → weighing → inventory storage, as shown in Figure 1.1. The typical production process of steel bar enterprises can be roughly divided into three main areas according to the degree of close connection between the various processes: iron making area, main steel making area and finishing area.
