When removing the formwork, the steel pipe, timber and reinforcement outside the formwork shall be removed in turn. At this time, the formwork is naturally demoulded and opened. If some formworks are not opened naturally, the formworks will be demoulded naturally by knocking and vibrating with a wooden stick at the concave convex groove interface. After general use, the inner surface shall be thoroughly cleaned. When cleaning, do not use sharp tools to avoid damaging the epoxy resin on the surface of the formwork. If it is stored for a long time, the formwork surface can be coated with oil for protection. During storage, avoid exposure to the sun and rain. If at the construction site, the formwork shall be stored in a flat and dry place.
If the building membrane board is slightly scratched or damaged, it can be filled with putty and then sealed with special touch up paint. For large damage, it can be nailed to the joint and repaired with putty and special paint.
