6 protection measures for building formwork:
(1) Storage
When we store the templates, if there are two templates, we should store the plates face to face. If the formwork is stored on the construction floor, solid anti dumping measures shall be taken to store the formwork vertically on the outer wall. Other unsupported formworks shall be stored on a special stacking rack, but do not lean against other formworks or other items to prevent slipping and dumping.
(2) . haulage
The general transportation mode of building formwork is to use the trailer for overall haulage, and the trailer can be used for horizontal stacking and haulage after removal. However, the skid should be aligned up and down and firmly placed. People cannot sit on the vehicle during haulage.
(3) Hoisting
Before lifting the formwork, check whether the ropes, fixtures and lifting rings on the formwork are complete. Remove other temporary supports before lifting. Before lifting the formwork, the position of the crane shall be adjusted. Workers shall not carry the formwork to prevent the formwork from swinging greatly or bumping other formwork.
(4) . disassembly and assembly
When the formwork is disassembled, the surrounding area shall be fenced and hung with signs. Non staff are strictly prohibited to enter. The personnel commanding, removing and hooking shall stand in a safe place to command the operation, and the construction personnel shall not lift with the formwork.
(5) Auxiliary facilities
The formwork shall be equipped with safety facilities such as upper and lower stairways and protective railings. In case of damage, it shall be repaired in time. This ensures the construction safety of workers.
(6) . protective measures
After the formwork is installed, measures against electric shock shall be taken, and special personnel shall be arranged to connect the formwork in series and then connected with the lightning protection network to prevent accidental leakage.
After the formwork is removed, the residual dirt on the formwork shall be removed in time, and then a layer of stripping agent shall be applied. When the dirt on the formwork is removed and the stripping agent is applied, the formwork shall be temporarily fixed, and a 50-60cm wide sidewalk shall be reserved between the formwork with the plate surface relatively parked.
