Installation technical requirements-scaffolding steel prop
(1) The installation plane of the steel support requires the axis to be on the same horizontal plane and the vertical to be on the same cross-section.
(2) When assembling the steel support in sections, tighten the flange bolts at both ends in a symmetrical sequence to ensure uniform force on the steel support.
(3) The embedded steel wedges after prestressing are welded and connected together with 6.5 steel bars to prevent individual steel wedges from falling off.
(4) During the excavation of the lower soil layer, it is strictly prohibited for the excavator to collide with the steel support; During the installation process of the lower steel support, it is strictly prohibited to collide with the installed steel support on the upper layer; During structural construction, it is strictly prohibited for mechanical equipment to collide with steel supports or use steel supports as load-bearing components.
(5) As the excavation progresses, install angle braces first, and then install standard section supports. Before installation, longitudinal grooves should be pulled under the supports to facilitate the next earthwork operation and ensure the safety of the installed steel supports.
(6) The fixed end and movable end of adjacent supports cannot be on the same side.
(7) Anti slip measures after steel support installation: After the steel support is installed, in order to ensure that it does not slip or fall, it is necessary to wrap steel wire ropes at both ends of each steel support, and lock the steel wire rope joints with U-shaped buckles and the steel purlin fixing plate.
